Equip - Students

At CHS, we want to help students learn the Word of God and see their lives transformed by the Word as they are sanctified by the Truth.

“Just as you received Christ Jesus and Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” – Colossians 2:6-7

The best way to get equipped is through a small group!! This is the essential way to grow! We will always form new small groups for anyone who wants to begin to get involved. Come and check it out! Our Jr. High and Sr. High Starter Small groups meet at church on Sunday nights from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. These groups are always open to anyone who wants to attend. Various other established small groups meet Sunday nights, as well as throughout the week.

Come for further equipping to our Sunday School classes on Sunday morning from 10 – 10:45 pm. We have a Jr. High class that meets in the 7th/8th grade room and a Sr. High class that meets in Café Mocha. This is a great way to grow in your understanding of the Word and how to apply it to your life.

The CHS Student Ministries also plans several special retreats throughout the year to encourage students to deepen their understanding of God’s Word and how it applies to their lives. Check the Student Ministry calendar for all planned retreat dates.
